Refund Policy Overview
If a candidate introduced by Strategya Co., Ltd. resigns after joining due to personal reasons or reasons attributable to the candidate, part of the recruitment fee received may be refunded to the hiring company according to the periods and percentages below.
Full Payment Model
【New Graduate Hiring】 No refund for early resignation. 【Mid-career Hiring】 Resignation within less than 1 month from joining: 90% of the recruitment fee Resignation from 1 month to less than 2 months after joining: 50% of the recruitment fee Resignation from 2 months to less than 3 months after joining: 20% of the recruitment fee Resignation after 3 months from joining: no refund ※This refund policy does not apply to part-time or non-regular employment. ※Separate conditions may be stipulated in the paid recruitment service agreement.
Installment Payment Model
【New Graduate Hiring】 No refund for early resignation. 【Mid-career Hiring】 First invoice: one-third of the invoice amount Second invoice: one-third of the invoice amount Third invoice: one-third of the invoice amount ※If the employee resigns during a billing month, no invoices will be issued from the following month onward. ※The resignation date shall be the final working day, and billing will apply up to the month containing the final working day. ※This refund policy does not apply to part-time or non-regular employment. ※Separate conditions may be stipulated in the paid recruitment service agreement.
Cases Excluded from the Refund Policy
The refund policy does not apply if the candidate resigns early due to any of the following reasons: 1. The actual compensation or working conditions differ from the employment contract terms agreed upon at the time of hiring. 2. Resignation caused by harassment or similar circumstances. 3. Unexpected circumstances such as death or illness of the candidate. 4. Cases determined to be due to unilateral circumstances of the hiring company.
